WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
All orders are shipped with Australia Post so delivery times depend on where you are. Standard delivery within Australia is 5 to 10 business days. International is 14 to 28 business days (depending on the country).
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is free for all orders $99 AUD or over within Australia. All Australian orders under $99 AUD are charged a flat rate of $10.95 AUD with tracking, but no signature or $16.95 AUD for tracking and a signature. For international customers, shipping rate will depend on the country you live in.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY PRODUCT?
Each product is thoroughly checked for any damage before they leave us. We only ship products that are in perfect condition. If you have received a faulty product, please Contact Us and one of our staff members will further investigate and resolve the issue for you.
